Ingleborough Estate Nature Trail remains open daily, excluding a small number of maintenance days listed in the tab below.
Please follow the restrictions imposed by the government, ensure you socially distance at all times, and respect other visitors.
The Ingleborough Estate Nature Trail is open daily, but will close for the day on the following dates:
Thursday 25th February, Friday 26th February, Saturday 27th February, Monday 1st March, Tuesday 2nd March, Wednesday 3rd March, Thursday 4th March, Friday 5th March.
Tickets are purchased via a machine that takes coins, so please come prepared.
We have a small shop on site at Ingleborough Cave that sells the usual amenities including souvenirs (postcards, magnets, fossils etc), hot and cold drinks, confectionary and ice cream (time of year dependent). There are toilets at Ingleborough Cave for those with a valid tour ticket for Ingleborough Cave on that given day. Unfortunately we only have limited facilities, so the toilets are only available to those going in the Cave on the day.
Dogs are more than welcome, providing they are well behaved and are kept on a lead.
During busier periods we open the ticket office at the entrance to the trail, and can accept cash or card. However, when the ticket office isn’t open tickets are purchased via a machine that only accepts coins, so please come prepared to pay for the trail with coins. Tickets for the cave can be paid for by cash or card.
We have a powered mobility scooter that can be pre-booked, and will negotiate the trail. Please email or call in advance to discuss your visit.
